Egads! It’s already April??? I must admit, I’m not really sure where March went, but I figured it’s a new month and high time I did another roundup of upcoming Baltimore events. As always, feel free to add more in the comments (in Bmore and beyond:.

• Paper Cut – Friday April 4 – fundraiser for Nana Projects (the people who bring the Magic Lantern Parade/Show) complete with stilt walkers and cut paper auction
• Transmodern Festival – April 3-6 – avant performance, installation, sound, film, mayhem, ecstasy and radical culture at Load of Fun
• Coming to America: Immigrant Stories -Monday April 7 – the next Stoop Storytelling installment at CENTERSTAGE
• Psychoanalytical Film Screenings – Superbad (=great movie!) April 11 at the BMA
• Maryland Film Festival – May 1 – 4
• AVAM’s Kinetic Sculpture Race – 15 mile man-powered machine race across land, mud and water with a mandatory sock puppet on board and award for the “most mediocre” finish – Saturday May 3 around town (spectators can wear costumes too!)
• Charm City Roller Girls season opener – May 3
