The SF List
On Thursday I head off to San Francisco to visit friends for a long weekend and I CAN’T WAIT!!!! I’ve done my research, and come up with my wish list of things to do, but my favorite way to travel is with recommendations from friends, so that’s where I need you. Add any favorites or recommendations in the comments below. Thanks!
- Mundane Journey (got my copy of the book and the number for the hotline for the journey of the week [above])
- Bugaboo Daytrip SF (I don’t care that it’s for parents with kids in strollers. I LOVE these things and the map designs for each city)
- design*sponge San Francisco city guide
- 36 Hours in Berkeley
- The hidden alleys of SF
- Japantown (as inspired by SFgirlbybay)
- SCRAP creative re-use center
- The Curiosity Shoppe (I love these bookshelves and these paintings)
- Get Lost Travel Books
- Flea markets

Get Lost Travel Books is amazing, you’re going to love it. Be sure to pop by Destino next door for some tapas or hit Hayes Valley for some boutique shopping and Paxti’s pizza. Welcome to Babylon!
