Same, Same but Different
Sometimes I can’t help but wonder what we did before the internet. I just spotted another great interview by Jessie, this time with German photographer Thomas Kalak on his new book, Same, Same but Different. Given the choice between grandiose or mundane, I’d pick mundane any day. The images remind me a lot of Troy Litten’s wanderlust series, but this book is introspective about Thailand (taking me back to my trip and the things so distinctive about the place). Click here to read the entire interview.

I need this book. I love it! This is the kind of thing that encourages me, but at the same time makes me think- damn, someone did it first… -X
