I’m excited to announce my latest side gig as the design contributor for VINGT Paris Magazine! 2-3 times a month I’ll be bringing you an in-depth look at something design related in Paris. VINGT Paris is a trusted rental agency, and their award-winning blog/magazine started in 2004, as a hub for visual arts information and resources in all 20 arrondissements of Paris. My first post just went up today and looks at Paris Design Week. It’s the first ever, and is designed compliment Maison Objet, the trade only design fair. Modeled after what’s happening in several other major cities, I love that they’ve opened it up to the general public as well, and focused events in 6 different neighborhoods in Paris.
